Hear from our members:

In the group I found a community of like-minded writers who are serious about honing their craft, finishing their manuscripts and publishing. Writing isn’t a lonely endeavour anymore. We help each other become better and stay motivated. The sense of not being alone with the book, having help and support and being able to give and receive feedback. It’s so easy to give up if you’re on your own, if no one is waiting to read your pages.

This writing group is the first one I have wanted to stay in for more than half a year and the first one where I have found actual friends. Usually the problem with groups is that most writers are not serious about writing and just want to talk most of the time (which we still do!), but here we also have smaller groups where we get and give feedback to actually grow as authors. We know each other, we know each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and we want to become published authors, and that is what this writing group is in its essence.

It is a fantastic little community of writers. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging with everyone else, and is always ready with tips and advice, no matter the time of day or night. I love writing, and I love inspiring other writers, so I always look forward to giving the detailed feedback that the writer deserves and seeing how their work develops. We might have only been together a short while, but it feels like we’ve known each other a long time, I have made some great friends here that I love sharing my day with.
